• Claim our designs as your own

Delivery

Digital products are delivered instantly via email or Etsy download after purchase. You are responsible for downloading your files within the timeframe provided by the platform (Etsy provides lifetime access to purchased digital files).

Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the instant, digital nature of our products:

• Digital products: All sales are final. No refunds are provided once files have been downloaded.
• File issues: If you experience technical problems with your files (corruption, missing pages, etc.), please contact us immediately and we will work to resolve the issue.
• Customer satisfaction: While we cannot offer refunds, if you're not satisfied with a product, please reach out. We're committed to making things right.
• Custom requests: Custom work requires upfront payment. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis before work begins.

For purchases made through Etsy, you are also subject to Etsy's refund and cancellation policies.
